Know what to do, but not doing it?
You know what you should be doing. You have the list, the app, the plan. A week later, most of the list is still there. That is a design problem, not a character problem. We build a plan that fits your real life, so you follow through on what matters to you.
What changes
You know what's important.
You'll have a better understanding of what's important to you and how to prioritize. When a request, invitation, or new project comes in, you can tell quickly whether it's worth your time.
Your week matches your values.
More of your hours go to the people and projects you care about, and fewer go to other people's urgent requests.
You trust yourself again.
You finish what you plan, week after week. When you tell yourself you'll do something, you believe it.
Three ways to work with me

About Loren
I grew up the classic nerd underdog. My career went from stage managing at a regional theatre, to twelve years running operations for a jewelry wholesaler, to eighteen years leading programs in tech, including at Ernst & Young. The work looked impressive, but it wasn't the life I wanted. Volunteering in Poland with Ukrainian refugees made it clear: the work I cared about most was helping people move forward. Today I'm a CTEDU Level 2 Professional Certified Life Coach and a Certified Neurodiversity Coach, based in Tempe.
Questions people ask
What is professional life coaching?
It's structured, one-on-one work on the gap between knowing what to do and doing it. We set goals, build the tools to reach them, and I hold you to the plan. Coaching isn't therapy. It's forward-looking and practical.
Who do you work with?
Geeks, gamers, neurodivergent people, and overwhelmed professionals. If you're smart, capable, and still stuck, you're in the right place.
Do you work with ADHD and other neurodivergent clients?
Yes. I'm a Certified Neurodiversity Coach. We build systems that fit how your brain actually works, instead of asking you to try harder.
What's the difference between 1:1 coaching and Life Reboot: Nerd Edition™?
Both are 12 weeks of private weekly sessions plus a weekly peer group and a monthly masterclass. Nerd Edition™ runs as a campaign: a character sheet, twelve quests, and XP for real-world follow-through. Pick the format that fits you.
Is coaching online or in person?
Both. I'm based in Tempe, AZ, and meet clients online across the US. Sessions are by appointment.
How much time does it take?
About two hours a week: a 50-minute session, the group, and the work in between.
How do I start?
Book a free 30-min strategy call. We'll talk through what's in your way and whether this is the right fit. No pressure either way.
